Behaviour Support​
I believe that there is always a reason for behaviour and most of the time it is to communicate something or to fulfil a want/need. I assess and view things as if I were within the child and looking out, not someone simply observing as an outsider. You have to consider so many different factors and truly understand the child before you can deal with any undesirable behaviour. I have supported behaviour management for children with complex needs such as PDA, EBD, ASC, SEMH and ODD .

Every child is unique and an individual, that's why I believe in a child centred approach. If you have a child with additional needs or SEN it is vital that they receive tailored support to access their education.
